My new gaia stuff....

Posted on Oct 4th, 2008 by Stef : sweet emotion.... Stef
Hello.  I am enjoying gaia, am new here.  It is refreshing to know there are
so many others out there with common minds and spirit.
I am currently reading and learning about ascension.  I am in a very confused
but happy state of mind and these books came around at just the right time, because I was asking for answers.
I am in immense appreciation for all that is, and for all that is in my world.

What confuses you most about the world?

Posted on Oct 12th, 2008 by Stef : sweet emotion.... Stef
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 12, 2008:

As far as the human race has evolved throughout the ages, I am still amazed at how there is so much unacceptance of religions, other cultures, gender differences, body types, etc.  Just the other day I noticed a Lexus suv with the color of Pearl and realized to only get that color, it requires wealth and prosperity.  That still places people in a class of being better, "I have the special pearl color."  While I am learning that I create my own reality, there are so many others out there who do not understand they can do so.  If I had one wish, it would be for everyone to understand equality.

Which foreign country or culture do you feel most drawn toward?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 18, 2008:

I feel drawn to every culture and country the world round, I have often wondered, as someone who does believe in previous lives, how many times I have incarnated here.  It is possible I have lived all over the planet.
I recently had a Reiki session where I experienced traveling the world, I saw the deserts, the oceans, the glaciers, the forests, the prairies, the icelands, and on an  on.  I felt a certain closeness to it all and was very grateful for the experience.

How do your emotions affect your body?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 20, 2008:

When I happy, I am glowing, I can feel it. When I am weepy, the tears  continue flowing.  When I get stressed, my body reacts in painful ways.  I have a muscle pain issue that likes to tell me when I am doing too much, or placing too much emotion with all the tasks I have going on.  I love to be busy, it is one thing to be busy and do it all, it is another to be busy and wearing it physically.

Do you know your purpose in life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 23, 2008:

I am in the process of seeking my purpose and I accept that one day I will be
enlightened to it.  I await that time with some impatience, but I look forward to
it.  In the meantime, my purpose for now is being a part of my children's lives
and walking this wonderful, joyous path of spirituality and self.

What most helps your personal growth?

Posted on Oct 26th, 2008 by Stef : sweet emotion.... Stef
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 26, 2008:

Over the last two years, I found that being out in nature has been instrumental for my growth.  And it didn't mean just taking walks, it meant pausing and observing every moment, every leaf, every bird for the lessons that are in nature.  Yesterday I walked along a river side.  I watched the water, the insects flying above the water, the very green moss on the bank, the male and female duck floating together, the clouds, the falling leaves, the crisp refreshing air....
I find I can more easily see into myself and the answers I am looking for. I just learned that for those who cannot get out and enjoy the outdoors, try to bring it inside with lots of plants.

What do you do when you have a day off?

Posted on Oct 30th, 2008 by Stef : sweet emotion.... Stef
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 30, 2008:

I consider a day off true when I have no kids to tend to, no work, and no school.  I find all the books in my house I want to read, or at least skim through.  I light candles everywhere, fix myself a favorite dish, play MY music, get lots of pillows and blankets and sit for hours.  Oh, and journals to write in, I love to write poetry or just free write. I also get in the comfiest lounging clothing possible.  If it is during the day, I like to add a walk or bike ride.
